Helical Pier Installation - Existing Deck / Four Season Porch
Helical pier footings were installed to replace the footings that had heaved causing the deck and four season porch above to move. Structure had moved up over 2 inches. Footings were moving due to the high water table. Helical piers will stop any movement of the structure.
