Helical Pier Installation - Existing Deck
Helical pier footings were installed to replace Diamond Piers that had heaved causing the deck above to move. Helical piers will stop any movement of the structure. Helical piers are able to be installed with minimal disruption under the existing deck and thru the existing stairs.
